Welcome to Saint-Georges-d'Oléron, in the heart of the bright island, where this pleasant 40 m² terraced house awaits you for a relaxing and friendly stay with family or friends. Accommodating up to 4 people, it combines functionality, comfort and an ideal location, a few minutes from the beaches and cycle paths.

On the first floor, the house has a bright living room with an open kitchen, fitted and fully equipped for your meals on site. You will also find a bathroom with toilet, perfectly suited to living with others.

Upstairs, you have access to two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x200), the other with a bunk bed. Each bedroom is equipped with storage, allowing you to easily settle in for the duration of your stay.

The accommodation comes with two private terraces: a terrace to the north to enjoy the coolness, and a covered terrace to the south, ideal for outdoor meals or a moment of reading in the shelter.
Free parking is available right in front of the house, convenient and accessible at any time.

All amenities are within walking distance or a few minutes by bike: bakery, mini-market, market, restaurants, bike rental companies, beach...

On the leisure side, there are many possibilities: swimming on the beaches of Boyardville, La Brée or Chaucre, walks in the national forest, boat trips to Fort Boyard, discovery of the port of La Côtinière or visit the Chassiron lighthouse.
