This house of approximately 120 m², with classic comforts and rustic furnishings, is perfect for a family holiday in a calm and pleasant setting!

The living room, bright but simple, is equipped with a television and opens onto a kitchen where everything is provided to prepare your meals: electric stove with oven, extractor hood, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, mini-freezer, and dishwasher… perfect for easy cooking throughout your stay.

The ground floor sleeping area has three bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm), a second with two single beds (90 cm), and a third with two single beds (80 cm), one of which is a trundle bed. A bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, a separate WC, and a shower room with WC complete this level.

Upstairs, a fourth bedroom with two single beds (80 cm) and a small washroom provides a more private space, ideal for children or teenagers.

The large south-facing terrace invites you to enjoy meals in the sun or simply relax in peace and quiet!

Simple and welcoming, this home combines practicality with rustic charm, making it perfect for a relaxing and convivial family holiday.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
