- Experience the authenticity of a restored home furnished with its original pieces—or nearly so. Located in a very quiet hamlet with little traffic, you’re just a stone’s throw from the ocean (2.7 km to Saint-Germain-sur-Ay Beach) and a bakery. A beautiful yard for relaxing or playing together. Ideally located for exploring our beautiful department.

Welcome to the Cotentine! Our charming country home, restored with character and authenticity, welcomes you with family or friends and invites you to take a break. Step inside and warm up by the stove in winter, on the south-facing terrace in summer, or under our tall trees, lulled by birdsong. You’re sure to find a spot for everyone.
The house is quiet and peaceful; you’ll find all the modern comforts here, as well as antique furniture that is part of the house’s soul.
A short walk from the house takes you to the magnificent haven of Saint Germain, on the GR223 trail. Just 2.7 km away, you’ll find a small seaside resort with amenities (grocery store, bakery) and a pleasant beach.
The location is ideal for exploring the Manche department and the Cotentin Peninsula, nestled between land, sea, history, and local culture!
