Central 3-Room Apartment for 6 in Saint-Gervais with Balcony, Near Amenities and Ski Lifts

Perfect for holidays with family or friends, we offer you in Saint Gervais this 3-rooms apartment of 81 m² that can accommodate 6 people.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor. The apartment benefit of a East / West exposure, as well as a large balcony.

Please note : Winter equipment (snow tyres or chains/socks in the boot) is compulsory from 01/11 to 31/03 each year.

The apartment is composed of :

- A Livingroom with televison,
- An equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, a electric oven, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher and a dinig area.
- A first bedroom with 2 twin beds, closet and balcony.
- A second bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 x1 person).
- A bathroom with a bathtub, sink and bidet.
- An independent toilet.

Additionnal equipment : washing machine, dishwasher. Pets no allowed.
