Ideally located:<br>• Less than 10 min walk to the center <br>• 250m from the gondola, ice rink and hiking trails<br>• 15 minutes walk from the Thermal Baths lift; <br>This apartment is in a perfect location to discover the snowy slopes of the resort and the landscapes of the Mont-Blanc region, on holiday or on a business trip, in a mountain village. <br><br>This 25 m2 apartment, new, on the 4th floor with elevator and very bright, is furnished in a chic mountain style. <br>It is functional and well equipped (induction hob, microwave oven, multifunction oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, TV, WIFI).<br>The apartment also includes a south-facing balcony, a ski locker, a cellar and an allocated parking space.<br><br>It can accommodate 4 people: a double bed in one bedroom + a double sofa bed in the living room.<br>Linen (towels, sheets, pillows and duvets) is provided.<br>Cleaning is included.<br>Please know that I do my best to keep my guests safe and that the apartment is disinfected before each new arrival.<br><br>For transport, many possibilities are available to you:<br>• Bettex and Valléen gondola lifts directly accessible on foot. <br>The Thermal Baths elevator is also within walking distance. <br>• Free shuttle bus in front of the residence<br>• LIHSA bus lines, skibus, train services (TGV) and TER, Montenbus, Facilibus<br>• The Leman Express reaches Saint-Gervais directly from Geneva airport or many train stations.<br><br>As for shops: a bakery and a winter sports equipment rental shop are located just opposite the residence, a second bakery is a 5-minute walk away.
