Sleeps 18.La Maison de Valentine, a family stone house, patiently renovated by Jean-Pierre, an artisan mason, overlooks the valley and offers a splendid view. This old barn is the perfect place to stay with friends, family or business meetings, high speed wifi throughout the house. The stone and wood have been enhanced, the introduction of modern elements reinforces the impression of sobriety, giving clear and airy volumes that are easily appropriated. The beautiful volume of the living room, which occupies the whole of the ground floor, is a pleasant space enhanced by touches of modernism and largely open onto the large terrace with a clear view of the surrounding hills, with its fireplace and its large farm table, its beautiful fully-equipped modern kitchen, its comfortable bedrooms and shower rooms and everywhere, its quality fittings, you are quickly in the mood: warm and human, La Maison de Valentine will welcome up to 18 people from May 2022: a studio for 4 people (2 bedrooms without windows with 2 beds 160x200) on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchenette, a large shower room and separate toilet at your disposal, as well as a single bed in bedroom 1, for a total of 18 beds The 4 bedrooms upstairs will be air-conditioned for the 2022 season.A few steps, terrace giving access to the living room of 85m ² composed of a dining room, a living room with open fireplace, sofa, armchairs, flat screen TV and an open kitchen with central island, office with library, room accessible to people with reduced mobility: 1 bed 160 composed of 2 beds 80x200, 1 bed 90 x 190, and its bathroom, separate toilet. On the first floor, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Underfloor heating on the ground floor, electric heating on the first floor. On the ground floor: games room, table tennis, badminton, darts, petanque, trampoline, swimming pool volleyball, children's playground, board games for young and old, laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer), shower and toilet. On a flowered ground of 6000m², private swimming pool (16x5) double secured, terrace around the pool with sunbathing. Possibility to learn to swim with a state-qualified swimming instructor. Tourist tax (1.4 € / day / person) to be paid on arrival if rented directly by the owner. 18 beds in total + umbrella bed (on request): 14 people in the main house, and 4 people in the studio: 2 bedrooms are on the road level so no direct windows to the outside, they are lit by a transom above the cupboards, the light coming from the living room lit by a French window opening onto a covered terrace.
