We are just learning of your rental accessibility needs now, from this review - we had no idea your husband relied on a scooter or your needed ADA accommodations. I just reviewed our listing and I do not see where we have it as wheelchair ♿️ accessible, we certainly know that it is not and would never purposefully misinform our guests. Had you called, emailed me or communicated with me in anyway, prior to booking your stay, to confirm the building and our condo would work for your very specific needs, I would have advised you that our condo was not a good fit for you. As having the correct accommodations are important when you have a person with movement limitations, may I suggest that when you book accommodations on-line again, you use the tools (email, phone, text) to CONFIRM the unit will fit your husbands needs/scooter prior to booking.

So glad you had a great week at the condo!! The porch view, pools and now the food trucks and dog park are the bes (not to mention the 🏖 beach)! Sorry about the towel situation! That’s not the norm. . If you stay with us again, which hopefully you do, just give me or the property manager a call and we will get you more towels, etc. We want our guest to be happy and comfortable!
