Welcome to St. Hilaire de Riez, this ideally located house will allow you to enjoy beautiful walks, swimming and relaxation. It is located a few minutes' walk from the beaches of Grande plage de Sion and the 5 Pineaux, but also just a few metres from the state forest of Pays-de-Monts.



In addition to its location, the house has a beautiful garden that brings serenity and invites you to moments of rest in the sun, to prepare and enjoy good barbecues. The air-conditioned veranda, for its part, will allow you to enjoy the surrounding greenery even on the coolest days.



Then you will find on the ground floor, the warm living room, ideal for moments of gatherings and relaxation. The grey kitchen will provide you with everything you need to prepare your meals, it has an induction hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a citrus press. It opens onto the round dining table in the dining room where you can then share your meals. Air conditioning is in place only in the veranda area.



In the evening, you will find two rooms to rest in. The first has a double bed, ideal for a couple, while the second has a double bed and a bunk bed, thus accommodating 4 travellers. It also has an opening onto the veranda.



You will also find a bathroom with a hairdryer, a separate toilet, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a barbecue, reversible air conditioning in the veranda, and the possibility of parking 2 cars.
