Welcome to Les Grèves, a charming house with an unusual decoration, located in the center of Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, a few meters walk from the beach of La Banche.

Spread over three levels, the house combines a friendly living space and two independent bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom,

First floor: Live under the sea!

The first floor hosts a warm living space with kitchen open to the living room.PGJ Kitchenware is equipped to easily prepare your meals:

The living area allows you to relax after a day at the beach or a walk on the coastal paths. Board games and a Smart TV are available, as well as storage space.

The Beach Room is a comfortable double room with a decoration reminiscent of the Sillon beach in Saint-Malo.
It has:
- A queen-size bed (configurable into two single beds as needed)
- A private bathroom
- A coffee corner with capsule coffee maker
- Storage space.

The separate toilet is located on the landing.

☁️ 2nd floor: have your head in the clouds!

Located under the roof, the Ciel room offers a soft and bright atmosphere.

The roof window with sea view brings beautiful natural light and gives a view of the rooftops of the typical rows of the village.

The room includes:
A queen-size bed (configurable into two single beds as needed)
A private bathroom

- Storage space.

From the house, you can easily:
- Walk to one of the 11 beaches of St Jacut.
- Discover part of the GR34 with spectacular views of the bay and the island des Ebihens.
- Take advantage of the shops and restaurants located a few meters from the house.

🚗 Parking:
free in the street, be careful blue zone during July/August (30 minutes) and prohibited on market day on Friday morning until 3 p.m.
The nearby town hall parking lot is also free (not usable on Friday morning, market day.
An EV charging station is also installed there.

Other information:
- Linen is provided. (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels...)
- Pets are not allowed.
- All beds can be separated into two single beds. You can specify your wish at the time of booking.

⚠️ Important: the staircase is old and a little steep, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
