Welcome to the "Blue Marlin"! St. James City on Pine Island is a fishing and boating community with old Florida charm! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom canal front, direct Gulf access vacation home located in St. Jude Harbors features a fully equipped kitchen and wonderful outdoor space with a place to dock your boat to provide a true maritime experience. Spend your days lounging by the heated saltwater pool or rent a boat to head out on the water. At the end of the day grill some hamburgers or steaks on the Blackstone grill, grab a cocktail and relax in the hot tub. You are on island time once you cross the bridge to Pine Island!

RESTAURANTS & BARS | LIVE MUSIC!
Drive or walk to Low Key Tiki or Phuzzy's for a bite to eat, live music and watch the boats or take a short stroll down the block for some karaoke at Froggy's. The Waterfront Food truck is a 5 minute drive (or a 30 minute walk) located at the tip of the Island.

You will find plenty of dining and drinking establishments at the center of the island, Bokeelia and Matlacha. Catch the best sunsets, live music, fine dining indoor or outdoors, at the Tarpon Lodge. Other restaurants and bars include: the Fine Swine, Eagle's Nest, Street Eatz & Ale, Lazy Flamingo 3, Capt' n Con's Fish House, Miceli's, Blue Dog and That BBQ Place. Breakfast: Salty Girls Island Cafe and The Perfect Cup

GROCERY & SHOPPING
General Store located in St. James and within walking distance from the property. At the center of the island there is a Winn Dixie, Publix, CVS and Dollar store. Matlacha is recovering nicely after Hurricane IAN and many small shops continue to open. Cape Coral is a 25 minute drive!

BEACHES
If the beach is what you're after Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva are an hour's drive or take a boat or ferry and get there in half the time.

CHILDREN
This home is not suitable for young children. There is a 5.5 foot inground pool that is easily accessible, and a few steps from the back door. Due to safety reasons, persons younger than 16 are not permitted.

POOL
The pool is heated year round at 85 degrees. In the summer the pool is warmer and in the spring, fall and winter the pool is heated but may not stay at 85 degrees at all times and everyday and can be much cooler when the weather dips below 70 degrees. Therefore, the POOL TEMPERATURE IS NOT GUARNATEED.
