In the living room there is also a comfortable sofa. <br>It also has 1 south-facing balcony with panoramic views of the mountains. The apartment is spacious, well laid out, well equipped and comfortable.<br><br>The apartment, in a typical Savoyard old stately home, has been completely renovated while preserving the beauty of the local heritage and in particular the French ceilings.<br><br>It is very well insulated (from an acoustic and thermal point of view) and is heated by the floor (by geothermal energy) in winter.<br><br>This charming cottage is very spacious for 4/5 people, very comfortable and very warm.<br><br>With an area of about 50 m2, it is located on the 1st floor of "La Maison d'Augustin" and can accommodate up to 4 people.<br><br>It consists of a large living room with sofa bed and flat-screen TV, free WIFI, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, (free travel cot on request), a high chair, a deckchair, a playpen for babies if necessary, blankets, duvets and pillows for all beds (change of mattress pads and pillowcases for each new tenant), a very well equipped independent kitchen (with oven, microwave, classic coffee maker and Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, electric hob with 4 burners, dishwasher, washing machine, fondue and raclette sets, salt, pepper), a bathroom (with shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail, hairdryer). <br><br>Optionally, we offer:<br>- end-of-stay cleaning: 50€<br>- Bed linen rental: 15€/bed<br><br>Outside: you will benefit from a barbecue in summer, a terrace and an enclosed garden/courtyard, garden furniture, children's games, etc.<br><br>The apartment we offer offers a magnificent south-facing and panoramic view of the Alpine mountains and in particular the magnificent Étendard glacier in Savoie in the mountains<br>Nearby, you will certainly also appreciate the many mythical passes of the Tour de France including the Col de la Croix de Fer, Col du Galibier, Col du Glandon<br>Convenient in winter, the last stop of the free shuttle bus is right in front of our Maison d'Augustin.
