Very nice apartment facing the sea!
Recently renovated and very well equipped to meet all your needs. Whether you are on vacation or on a business trip, this apartment is ideal for you.
The location of the apartment is also exceptional. It is located between entertainment and restaurants, which means you can enjoy all that the city has to offer just a few steps from your door. You can easily access a variety of shops, bars and restaurants for pleasant meals and evenings.
The apartment has:
- two large bedrooms, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with comfortable beds to ensure a good night’s sleep.
- a spacious bathroom
- a kitchen open to the dining room very cocooning
- a balcony facing the ocean with furniture (small table and chairs)
- an independent WC
- collective parking at the back of the building (no numbered space)
This accommodation is very close to the casino and the tourist office, access to the beach is direct and the clubs and entertainment for children are just opposite!!!
It is also a good starting point for your excursions on the light coast of Noirmoutier in Sables d'Olonne!!!
