Looking for a getaway? Come and enjoy this beautiful, modern, and comfortable apartment, ideal for 6 people. It features 2 bedrooms and a superb partial ocean view. Just 50 meters from Demoiselles Beach and 300 meters from shops, you'll also find bars and restaurants nearby, as well as a weekly market in July and August.
This bright, approximately 50 m² apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator has been completely renovated with taste, modern style, and comfort. You'll have a wonderful stay in this apartment, and you'll only have to cross the street to be at the beach.

• Bedroom 2: Quiet room with one 140x190cm Murphy bed, a duvet, a wardrobe, a mirror, a window overlooking the parking lot at the rear of the building, and blackout curtains with shutters. This room can be used as a playroom by raising the Murphy bed.
• Renovated bathroom:
• Walk-in shower with door, vanity unit, washing machine, towel warmer, and hairdryer.
• Separate toilet.
• Electric heating in every room, new double-glazed windows, and new shutters. o Shared bicycle storage
