On the 5th floor without elevator in a small residence in the heart of the seaside resort of Saint Jean de Monts. Enjoy the balcony and its beautiful sea view, ideal for a breakfast in the sun. You are close (150m) to the pedestrian street and its entertainment (bars, restaurants, shops, food market).
