- Bathroom with bath and WC

Exterior:
- A 3 m² balcony with furniture (a table, 4 chairs and a deckchair) to enjoy the sunny days.

The studio is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
