Cosy 39 m² apartment located in the heart of the village of Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, on the 1st floor with elevator, ideal for 4 to 6 guests. It offers a functional and welcoming space, perfect for a mountain stay with family or friends. It includes:
- A living room with a sofa bed (140x190) and a bunk bed (80x190), opening onto a furnished balcony
- A fully equipped kitchen
- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower

PLEASE NOTE: Located in the heart of the village, the apartment enjoys a very convenient location, which also means there can be some traffic noise, especially during the winter season. The balcony may be exposed to street noise; however, the windows are well insulated and the inside of the apartment remains comfortable and quiet.

Everything is provided for a comfortable stay: ski locker, oven, microwave, fondue and raclette sets, filter coffee machine and Senseo, washing machine, hairdryer, two televisions.

Free public parking is available right next to the residence.
