“When I first checked the bathroom there were some small holes which was probably due to renovations done earlier but Rohith was courteous that he offer us to transfer to another room but my husband was ok with the room so Rohith has asked the housekeeping to just deep cleaned it. On our second day, while we are walking along Union St. to get lunch at the city market, I tripped and fell on the ground, thanks to 3 ladies who helped me get up and gave me first aid. “The maid service was outstanding as usual and the morning breskfast we enjoyed. Having fresh fruit and hot beverages for the guests yo enjoy is so very appreciated. The room was as always exactly what we needed. Just a small recommendation was that the mattress was a bit to soft for our liking. But, the hotel has reached out and all was taken care of and does not reflect on us returning on our next trip back to Saint John nb at the Hampton Inn. ”
