This cottage is perfect for a relaxing break for two. It adjoins the owners' house, with its tree-lined garden, patio furniture, deckchairs, and private spa (optional) set in a relaxing space. It features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle), a dining area and a lounge area with a television, a pellet stove, a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. For your comfort, bed linens, kitchen towels, and electric heating are included. Pellet stove use is an additional charge. End-of-stay cleaning is an optional extra. For stays of less than a week, the spa option can be adjusted to the number of nights (payable to the owners). The cottage is ideally located for exploring Bordeaux, the fine sandy beaches, the Arcachon Bay and the Dune of Pyla, the vineyards, seaside resorts such as Lacanau Océan, Carcan, and many others... not to mention major events such as the Médoc Marathon, the Fougères Rally, the Pauillac Film Festival, Soulac 1900, and more.
