We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, this charming apartment with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 39 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 14 m², an open equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and two balconies to enjoy the mountain air.

- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- Two balconies, one to the east and one to the west of about 4 m² each with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, close to the center of the village and to the slopes. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
In winter : winter sports, dog sledding, ski joëring, snake gliss (a sledding train that winds along the slopes), snow tubbing (a race with snow buoys) or yooner (halfway between sledding and skiing), ice skating etc...
In summer : hiking in the forest, horseback riding, paragliding, visits to the castle and the village bell tower, mountain biking, fitness trail, beach volleyball, tennis, adventure trail, water park, donkey trail, educational farms etc...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the apartment.

As for other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus : Line Gap - Ancelle - St Léger from Gap station to Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes.
- Nearest train station : Gap train station located at about 25 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence airport located at about 2h10 by car.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.

Bed linen: €10/bed
Bathroom linen: €5 for shower sheet & towel
- Free Wifi available.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by you (or in supplement with our provider on the spot). Price 50€.
- Possibility of an extra bed for 1 person on request from our local service provider.
- Possibility of a folding baby bed on request from our service provider on site.
- Basic food necessities (oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, etc...).
- Basic hygiene and maintenance (dishes, toilet, etc.).
