Welcome to this family home, nestled in a peaceful setting in Saint-Lormel on the magnificent Emerald Coast, just 7 min drive from the beaches of Saint-Cast-Le-Guildo. The house offers a haven of peace ideal for holidays with family or friends.
Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 1850 farmhouse, renovated in 2024, with a surface area of 225 m² and which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises an 80 m² living space with a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 5,000 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) available. Bed linen and towels not included, but available as an option.

The house is composed as follows
First floor:
- Spacious living room, bathed in light thanks to its three large bay windows with TV, sofa, armchairs...
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A convivial dining area with a large oak table, ideal for sharing delicious meals with family and friends.
- Separate WC

The bedrooms are all on the first floor, accessible via two independent staircases. The first staircase leads to three bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room, vanity unit.
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x200)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC

The second staircase leads to two bedrooms:
- Bedroom 4 and 5 : queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 5,000 m² garden equipped with furniture: table for 10 people, chairs, parasol, electric barbecue, deckchairs and coffee tables. The garden is not enclosed and is fully accessible.
- A south- and west-facing terrace, with furniture for enjoying fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Lormel, in very pleasant surroundings, only 10 minutes from the beaches of Saint Cast and Saint Jacut. Just 40 minutes from Saint Malo and 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel. You benefit from all the essential Plancoët shops 4 km away, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor car park, which can accommodate up to 4 cars, with an access road leading to the house.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Plancoët 8 min away, Lamballe, Saint Malo or Dinan around 35 min.
- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne airport about 1h 10min away.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included in the reservation, but can be rented from the concierge. Rates are given as an indication and may be modified by our partner
- The fireplace is not functional
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use
