Fully equipped and bright, it can accommodate up to 6 people and offers an ideal setting to fully enjoy the Emerald Coast. A hiking trail passing behind the house takes you onto the GR34 trail, so make sure to bring good walking shoes and discover the magnificent landscapes of the Emerald Coast.

Outside, the enclosed garden, furnished with outdoor furniture, is the perfect place to enjoy the sun or share a meal in the open air.



Push the front door of the house and you discover a small entrance hallway. On your right, a bathroom with toilet as well as a large entrance cupboard to store your personal belongings, then on your left, a door leading to the garage. Moving forward, you will access the beautiful, welcoming living space: a comfortably furnished lounge invites you to settle in to share a moment with family or watch a film on television. Just behind the sofa, a large dining table will allow you to enjoy your meals together whilst taking in the view of the garden from the large bay window situated right next to it.

The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen has a central island for cooking in a convivial atmosphere: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the necessary utensils.



On the upper floor, the sleeping area consists of three comfortable bedrooms: the first one, on the right, has a Queen Size bed (160x200cm). The two following bedrooms, located on the left side, are each equipped with two single beds (90x190), ideal for accommodating children or friends. A bathroom with a washing machine is also located on this level, as well as an independent toilet at the end of the corridor.



For your greater comfort, the accommodation benefits from a washing machine, a garage in which you can store your bicycles and a private parking space right in front of the house.
