Everything is planned so that you feel in a cocoon with the various Hotel services that I offer.
You are like in a starred hotel, but in a quiet and
peaceful environment.
I am present to be able to meet your different expectations.

Your 30 m2 room is composed of an independent entrance, separate toilet, a 160 bed (hotel bedding), wardrobe, lounge area with sofa and armchair, dining area with table and chairs, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, crockery, basic necessities.
Bathroom, bath, washbasin, bidet.
Bed linen and towels provided.

In order to be able to prepare your first breakfast, the products will be provided (butter, jam, coffee, yoghurt, eggs....)

On sunny days you can enjoy the terrace overlooking the garden at the front where you can have your meals.
At the back a large park awaits you.
A summer kitchen is at your disposal on the first floor overlooking the terrace with table and garden armchairs.
Deckchairs and parasols will be available.

Saint-Malo-de-Guersac is the entrance to the Brière Regional Park, where you can take trips in barges, go up to the Belvedere of Rozé to discover the birds and the largest marsh in France. You can also go for beautiful bike rides (loan of bicycles with deposit).
There is a bus stop right in front of the house that can take you to St Nazaire.
The first beach of St Nazaire is 15 minutes away by car.
Its submarine base is worth visiting.
Its seafront is very pleasant for walks.
The GR 34 customs path starts at Place du Commando.
You will be charmed by all its coves.
The coast is continues with St-Marc-sur-Mer, Ste Marguerite, Pornichet, La Baule, Le Pouliguen, Batz-sur-Mer, Le Croisic.
Inland, you can visit Guérande with its ramparts and the salt marshes.
Le Pont de St Nazaire will take you to St Brévin and Pornic.
For golf enthusiasts, there are 3 in the area: Missillac, Savenay, La Baule.
For horse lovers, there is an Equestrian Centre in La Baule which offers rides along the water's edge in the early evening.
Further on, you will be at the gates of Morbihan.

Many other visits await you in this beautiful region.
