Cocoonr agency offers this charming 80 m² house in Saint-Malo, 200 m from the beach, with WiFi, to rent for up to 5 people. It has a lovely 35 m² living room with fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 35 m² garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa, study area, opening onto a pleasant terrace with garden furniture.
- An open-plan kitchen, equipped with induction hob, extractor fan, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher.

- separate WC
First floor:
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190) with dressing room and study area.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe and TV.
- A shower room with shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail.
On the 2ᵉ floor:
- An attic children's bedroom with a single bed.

For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron, a cot (on request when you book, we will install the cot for babies. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide a mattress, apart from the one already included with the cot. Please feel free to bring your own if you would like one.)

Outside area :
- A beautiful 35 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in the Rochebonne district, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, restaurants, bars, bakery, pharmacy and the Paramé market every Wednesday and Saturday morning are close by.
