It consists of 3 large bedrooms, a beautiful living room, an open kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival. Wifi included.

La Duchesse Anne crêperie, a historic establishment not to be missed.

And if you prefer the nautical and sailing atmosphere, on the bas sablons harbour towards the St Servan district, you can listen to a concert or contemplate the sea at the Cunningham or on the terrace at the Cancalais!
