You will enjoy a living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom, a terrace of 8 m² with garden furniture. The accommodations are located on the first floor of a small new residence with its neat decoration. It may be suitable for a person with reduced mobility. The day area includes a beautiful living room fitted with: a lounge area with sofa that converts into a double bed, coffee table, television, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (fridge and freezer, hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher), dining table for 4 guests, plenty of storage. Wifi access is included in the price with the presence of a fiber livebox (speed: 400Mbits/s).
