Two Bedroom Cottage near St Malo Provincial Park. Only 5 min. walk to the beach

Peaceful tranquility is what you will find at this cottage, but a few minutes from St. Malo Provincial Park

Located just outside the provincial park in St Malo, Manitoba:
1200 sq.ft. well-insulated cottage includes;
- 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double/twin bunk bed) sleeps 5
- 3 pieces bathroom (walk-in jetted tub/shower)
- Large multi-deck with patio table and chairs and swing chair
- Fire-pit just beyond the deck (firewoods not supplied)

Includes:
Full kitchen with range oven, full-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware/cutlery and cookware.
Bed linens, bath towels, washer/dryer
Ceiling fans in both bedroom and great room. An air conditioner is used on those very humid days.
50” flat screen TV with antenna and Apple TV, Wifi.
Propane BBQ, 4 chairs with glass table can be found on deck, four additional chairs when entertaining.

Unit is an extensively renovated mobile home with a living room addition out front. Sufficient space for our group of 5 persons. Large well equipped kitchen. Host next door. We enjoyed our stay.

St. Malo Get Away

We very much enjoyed our stay at Georges’ Cottage. It had all the amenities of home, was easy to find, and five minutes from our cousin clan reunion. We were on the go much of the time, however our host made a point of checking in with us in person to ensure we were settled in. You may want to keep a look out for the wild turkeys :)

We had an amazing time. It’s the first time that me and my kids rent a cabin just the 3 of us. We made amazing memories, had some family and friends over and everyone loved the cabin, it has character and honestly made me reminisce my childhood when I used to visit my grandparents cabin. It has a really homey feeling. The jacuzzi tub was a huge highlight too, my kids put their swimsuits on and enjoyed it like a hot tub with the jets and the nice lights. The layout of the yard is so peaceful with a lot of privacy in front and in the back, my kids enjoyed running around, watch the flowers around and we also enjoyed a fire. The owner was very nice, made sure our stay was good and anything we needed he just walked over and helped us, it was very appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our host, George, welcomed us, was very helpful in getting us settled in and was available to address questions we had. He provided a sprinkler for our grandkids that was one of their favourite parts of their stay. The cottage was well equipped and very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Peaceful stay

Came to rest and recharge. Comfortable accommodations and well stocked. It is a window A/C but it does a good job of cooling as it was warm weekend. Georges is very prompt to reply to mesaages and very friendly. The beach is a 5 min walk and there is rentals for water sports. Great place to connect to nature.

Great getaway

This cabin was a great getaway for 2 nights. The place was clean, everything we needed was available and the owner was super friendly and helpful. Literally a 5 minute walk to the beach to cool off in the lake. We will be visiting again.

We booked this cabin for my sister's bachelorette party and it was a nice cabin. It's a nice walking distances from the lake. George is a really friendly. Will definitely be rebooking in the future!

Nice Location and property

Very nice location, near the park,water and stores. The cabin grounds was very well kept and nice. The cabin had almost everything you need. I would suggest more food containers and upgraded larger toaster and coffee maker. Other than that you have all you need. The owner lives next door and was over frequently during our stay. He checks in if you need anything. I would stay again, it’s a very nice place.

We were on a golf trip to play Maplewood for a couple of days. 13 minute drive to the course. Had a great stay. Lots of room, had the BBQ going both nights, drinks on the deck, etc. I would definitely stay again.

Quaint cabin

It was a cute cabin with a great outdoor space and had everything you could need for a long stay. Georges was very welcoming! Cleanliness was decent, although the floors were a bit dirty upon arrival. Lots of dead ladybugs and spiders hanging around.
