The Pré des îles offers an exceptional setting for fishing and relaxation. Ideal for families and groups of friends, this holiday home is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility (fishing platform, entire ground floor including a bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower and adapted toilet).

To complement your fishing, you also have access to the Futaie River, a Category 1 river stocked with trout (fishing license required). The private pond is approximately 600m² and about 80cm deep. Fish include carp (6-7kg), tench, roach, and a few pike. As for the cottage itself, you'll appreciate its spaciousness in both the living areas and bedrooms. Ground floor: a 35m² fitted kitchen/living room with TV, opening onto a sheltered terrace through large French doors. 46m² and a 17m² conservatory. One bedroom with two 90x190cm beds, a shower room with a large walk-in shower and accessible toilet. First floor: mezzanine with a 33m² living room and TV, one 18m² bedroom with a 160x190cm bed and its own shower room with shower cubicle, one 23m² bedroom with two 90x190cm beds, an office, separate toilet, and separate bathroom. Fishing equipment storage adjacent to the terrace, with toilet, sink, refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer.

Business stay: maximum 5 people. Cleaning and linens are mandatory. One cleaning per stay of 1 to 14 nights.
