Maison Saint Amans - ST-MARTIN-LALANDE

Welcome to Maison Saint Amans! Halfway between Toulouse and the Mediterranean beaches, come enjoy a relaxing stay in the charming little village of Saint-Martin-Lalande. Thanks to its ideal location, you’ll be able to explore all the region’s gems within about half an hour during your stay: the medieval cities of Carcassonne and Fanjeaux; the Canal du Midi, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, is about 1 km away; the magnificent natural landscapes of the Montagne Noire and the Lauragais; the Abbey of Saint-Papoul; and the local cuisine (cassoulet, wines, etc.). Shops and restaurants are nearby in Castelnaudary (a 5-minute drive). On-site, there’s a village grocery store with a bread and pastry counter, as well as fruits and vegetables. A fenced parking lot is located 50 m from the cottage. On-site, you’ll have access to a large private terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue to fully enjoy your meals during the warmer months. A private above-ground pool in the garden is available from mid-April through late September, along with a bocce court. The cottage features the following on the first floor: _a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace. _a living room with a TV. _a laundry room (washer, dryer, freezer) with a toilet. CYCLING CERTIFICATION: You’ll find all the necessary equipment on site, and you can recharge your devices. The bike trail network is less than 5 km from the cottage.
