Saint Amans House (sleeps 4)

Welcome to Maison Saint Amans! Halfway between Toulouse and the Mediterranean beaches, come enjoy a relaxing stay in the charming little village of Saint Martin Lalande. Thanks to its ideal location, during your stay you’ll be able to discover all the region’s gems within about half an hour: the medieval cities of Carcassonne and Fanjeaux; the Canal du Midi, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, located about 1 km away; the magnificent natural landscapes of the Montagne Noire and the Lauragais; the Abbey of Saint-Papoul; and the local cuisine (cassoulet, wines, etc.). Shops and restaurants are nearby in Castelnaudary (a 5-minute drive). On site, there’s a village grocery store with a bread and pastry counter, where you’ll also find fruits and vegetables. A fenced parking lot is located 50 m from the cottage. On-site, you’ll have access to a large private terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue so you can fully enjoy your meals during the warmer months. There’s a private above-ground pool in the garden from mid-April through late September, as well as a bocce court. The cottage features the following on the first floor: _a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace. _a living room with a TV. _a laundry room (washer and dryer) with a toilet. On the first floor: _a bedroom with one 160-cm bed and a bathroom with a toilet. _a bedroom with one 160-bed and a bathroom with a toilet. CYCLING CERTIFICATION: You’ll find all the necessary equipment on-site, and you can recharge your devices. The bike path network is less than 5 km from the cottage.
