As soon as you step inside, every corner radiates comfort—from the bar area to the gallery walkway. The house features a spacious and atmospheric living room with a cozy sitting area and television. The large open kitchen (with island) is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, and ironing facilities.

There are three bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1 (en suite): a 160 x 200 cm bed
• Bedroom 2: a 140 x 190 cm bed
• Bedroom 3: a 140 x 190 cm bed
The property also includes two bathrooms and two toilets.
