“I want to start by saying the staff was amazing and very accommodating at waves resort. Our issue was the tiny beach, tiny pool and limited food options. It wasn’t clear that the water taxi that could take you to sister resorts to eat didn’t run at night. This is the most important meal, in my opinion. But they were very gracious about moving us to a resort that fit our needs better.”

No beach service of drinks or snacks on beach , no free transportation to and from airport. Especially, considering this was supposed to be an all inclusive resort .
