The entire property provides a pleasant and bright living environment, ideal for a family or friends getaway. The fully equipped, functional kitchen opens onto the dining room, complete with a fireplace. Extending from the dining area, you'll find the inviting living room, perfect for sharing moments together. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a convertible sofa and a private shower room. Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms with plenty of space and storage. Two bedrooms have a 140x190 bed. The third bedroom, with bunk beds and a desk, is ideal for children. These rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and double sink. On the north-facing terrace, a large table awaits you for family or friends' meals. The villa also boasts a south-facing terrace, perfect for morning coffee. Note: Villa Kastelluce is located in a small hamlet just two kilometers from shops (Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes), and the nearest beaches are about eight kilometers away. Bed linen is included in the price for stays of five nights or more. For stays of four nights or less, it is optional at 18 € per person. The linen kit includes bed linen plus one large and one small towel per person. The villa is suitable for a maximum of six adults plus two children. As Villa Kastelluce is semi-detached, guests are requested to respect the neighbors after 11 PM. The pool is open and heated from May 1 to September 30.
