The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency invites you to open the doors of this typically Breton stone house in Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes and enjoy the meticulous decoration, which will surprise you with its atypical volumes. Take advantage of this 90 m² with jacuzzi and sauna, dedicated to calm and relaxation, entirely private on the Emerald Coast. Sleeping up to 4 travellers, this house comprises a pretty 35 m² living room with wood-burning stove (wood not supplied), open-plan fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, bathroom and garden of around 400 m². We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A beautiful 35 m² living room with a wood-burning stove and television, where you can warm up by the fire, Wifi (fibre optics).
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Relaxation is guaranteed in the wellness annexe, where you'll find a Finnish sauna and, at the top of the stairs, a massage area opening onto the outdoor spa, where you can cut yourself off from the outside world and let go.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: A king-size round bed (180×200) and its spacious shower room with tropical rain and light therapy.
- Bedroom 2: A double bed (140x190).
- Two separate WCs

For even more comfort: fully equipped kitchen, towels, slippers, bathrobes and household linen, barbecue, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- 5-seater jacuzzi available all year round
- The 25m² terrace and the 400m² garden, which is fully enclosed and planted with trees, face due south. The whole area is completely private. It has a barbecue area and dining furniture (table + 4 chairs).

The house is ideally located in Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes, in very pleasant surroundings and around 1km from the beach, 2 minutes from Cancale, 10 minutes from Saint-Malo and 5 minutes from the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as a bakery, delicatessen, media library, hairdresser, launderette, chemist, restaurants, etc.
