A few steps from the beach and the village of Tharon (markets, bakery, butcher, church, pharmacy, bar, restaurants, our famous ice cream parlour called "La Fraiseraie"...), the location of the house is ideal for bike rides, hikes or just to fill up on vitamin D.
A park for young and old is 100m away.

Its terraces will be ideal for sharing pleasant and friendly moments. The capacity is 8 people. all on an enclosed plot.

Single-storey house is composed as follows:

an entrance opening onto a large living room composed of a living room with TV and wifi connection, a fitted kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home (microwave, oven, double refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle ...), a twin bedroom with 2 single beds (90*200), a bedroom with a bunk bed and a BZ, and a master bedroom with a double bed.
For the youngest children there is a small games room with a "table football/billiards", a shower room and toilets.

For maximum comfort, a barbecue and garden furniture are available.

Take the opportunity of a trip to Pornic for a day trip on a sailboat to the surrounding islands or, depending on the tides, opt for a fishing trip on foot (all the equipment will be available) or in the fishery.
