It comprises a lovely 17 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 200 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

All the rooms in the house are on one level.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Michel-en-l'Herm, a 10-minute drive (or 30-minute cycle) from the lovely, pine-lined beaches of L’Aiguillon-sur-Mer or La Faute-sur-Mer: a very lively summer resort during the season.

You’ll have easy access to all the shops in Saint-Michel: a mini-market, bakery, butcher’s, bar-tobacconist’s, restaurants, Tourist Office, hairdresser’s and chemist’s.

Things to do:
- Explore the Marais Poitevin, on foot or by bike, along the many signposted trails that wind through marshes, canals and unspoilt countryside
- Visit the former Royal Abbey of Saint-Michel-en-l’Herm, one of the oldest abbeys in the Marais Poitevin, in the heart of the village
- Make the most of the Vendée cycle paths to reach La Tranche-sur-Mer, the marshes or the surrounding villages

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.
