“Fantastic location, 7 minute walk from the beach and that was after the brilliant check in by Maria. We arrived slightly but the rooms were ready so we were allowed to check in. Maria gave my son a spy themed colouring activity pack, which he loved! She was kind, genuine and helpful. She showed us different tourist attractions on the map and even offered to make a restaurant reservation for us if we needed it. Breakfast was excellent too. Lots of choice and my son loved the Nutella on offer...

“The man at the reception desk is very cold. No emphaty at all. No information about the time of the breakfast, restaurant etc. In the room there's a QR code to know about the offered services....it does not work. In short I'll find another hotel next time.”
