The hot tub in the pool area was not working. But beyond that, they didn’t drain it and it was BROWN with some kind of sediment sitting on the bottom. Leak in the shower water hose. Container of milk was sour, English muffins not fresh. The hotel staff never apologized or made it right for the inconvenience. Hotel staff not welcoming.
