This charming 20 m² flat in Saint-Nic, less than a kilometre from the beach, can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 13 m² living room, an open-plan fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a shower room and a terrace where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 13 m² living room with a double sofa bed, a bookcase, board games and a dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, Tassimo coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) separated from the living room by a curtain.
- Bathroom with shower and WC.

Outside:
- A north-west-facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting just 2 minutes from the beach. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Sightseeing: Visit the Crozon peninsula and the Pointe du Raz, the typical village of Locronan (explore the village with its many galleries, church, small shops and crêperies), the authentic town of Douarnenez (explore the canneries, port, town centre and coastal paths), Quimper...
- Sporting activities: various water sports (sand yachting, towed buoys, kite surfing, paddles and kayaks for hire, swimming...), hiking along the GR34, which runs along the Breton coast, cycling...
- Events : Festival du Menez Hom in Plomodiern; Festival du Bout du Monde in Crozon; Festival de Cornouailles in Quimper; Fêtes maritimes internationales in Brest; Fêtes maritimes in Douarnenez...

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
