Villa de la Pointe - Modern house of 120 m2 – 2 minutes from the beach

This contemporary-style house is located in the Abers region, on the banks of the Aber Benoit. It's a 2-minute walk from the beach, with sea views from the living room, dining area and garden.

It is designed to accommodate a family of 4 to 6 people.

On the first floor, you'll find an 60 m2 space with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, open to the living room and dining area.
On this floor, you'll find two children's bedrooms, one with bunk beds and the other with two single beds, as well as a shower room and a separate toilet.

Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed, opening onto a large relaxation area. There's also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and a separate toilet.

The whole house opens onto the south-facing garden, with a large terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sun all day long.

Household linen and towels are provided for each tenant.Beds will be prepared when you will arrive.

We work with a concierge to manage entry and exit to and from the house.
A security deposit of 500 euros is required on arrival, payable preferably by cheque.

A 3-hour cleaning service will be provided by our concierge at the end of your stay, at a cost of 80 euros. Please plan to pay this to our concierge on arrival.

Length of rental in summer: 1 week minimum (7 nights); rest of the year: 5 nights minimum.
