Come and rest in this spacious, quiet and bright family home, ideally located in the land of the abers. This functional house with a maximum capacity of 13 people is ideal for spending holidays with family or friends. This house also has the particularity of being adapted for people with reduced mobility.



The Space:

On the ground floor, you will discover a large living area open to the terrace, including a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room. The ground floor is fully equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility. You will find in particular a spacious bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a toilet and a bathroom adapted for a wheelchair.



You will be able to enjoy the sun on a pleasant terrace accessible from the living room. It is equipped with a table and chairs, you will also be able to enjoy a lovely wooded and enclosed garden.



On the first floor, you access a lovely mezzanine serving 6 bedrooms, toilets and bathroom. You will find 2 rooms equipped with double beds in 140, two rooms with a double bed in 160 and rooms equipped with single beds (one room with 1 bed and one room with 2 beds). This floor is equipped with a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. The large mezzanine is also an ideal play area for children.



This house is also equipped with a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? A final clean is included, and bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.

Smokers are accepted but only outside the house. Parties are also prohibited.



Animals are also welcome, the garden is particularly fully enclosed.
