Welcome to this warm and inviting home, where every detail has been carefully designed to make your vacation all about comfort and relaxation!
As soon as you step inside, you’ll discover a bright living room with a flat-screen TV, opening onto a lovely terrace and a fully enclosed garden — the perfect spot for sunny breakfasts or relaxed barbecue evenings.

The open-plan kitchen is super practical and fully equipped (3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto machine, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment…), making it easy to prepare anything from your morning coffee to family dinners.

On the night side, everyone will find their cozy corner: two bedrooms each with a comfortable 160 cm bed, and a third bedroom with two 90 cm beds — ideal for children… or the chattier ones!

The house also features a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub + WC, as well as a second separate WC (always handy on holiday!).

The garage, converted into a storage/laundry area, includes a washing machine and a condenser dryer, so you can travel light.

To fully enjoy the outdoors, step onto the terrace that leads to a cozy enclosed garden, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue — relaxation guaranteed!

A travel cot with mattress is also available to welcome your little ones.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly

Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
