For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- An outdoor area shared with the owners, with furniture available to enjoy the sunny days.
- Two east-facing balconies, one of 3.3 m² and the other of 6 m².

The property is ideally located in Saint-Paul-sur-Ubaye, in the heart of the mountains and nature, in the hamlet of Petite Serenne. It is housed in an old traditional farmhouse with mountain architecture, offering a particularly pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and a local market are nearby.

Numerous mountain and outdoor activities: hiking, mountain biking, mountaineering, downhill and cross-country skiing, paragliding, white water sports, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot (3 vehicles).

Access by train to Mont-Dauphin station, or by bus to Barcelonnette.
