You will benefit from an ideal location in the immediate vicinity of the lively city center. At the foot of the house, the bike paths take you to the beach in 15 to 30 minutes.

Enjoy a landscaped garden and a magnificent 8x5m swimming pool heated (from May to the end of September depending on the weather) and secured by a submerged shutter, presence of an outdoor shower.

The large wooden terrace, without any vis-à-vis, invites you to enjoy the sun in peace and quiet — enough to comfortably set up 4 to 6 sunbeds. In the shade of the awning, the outdoor table easily gathers 12 people for outdoor meals, around a large capacity gas plancha barbecue.

The setting is intimate, friendly, quiet and perfectly suited to stays with family or friends.
