- A shower room with shower and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (160x200), a wardrobe and an individual terrace of around 11m² with garden furniture
- Bedroom 2: double bed (160×200) with wardrobe
- Bedroom 3: two single beds with wardrobe
(shared terrace of around 24m² for bedrooms 2 and 3, with garden furniture)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
- 24 m² balcony with sea view

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool, 4 x 3.70 m, 1.40 m deep, available all year round subject to weather conditions, secured by an alarm.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Pierre, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops are close by. Bakery 1.5 km away, supermarket 4 km away and chemist 1.2 km away.

What to do:
Saint Pierre, the capital of the South, offers an impressive diversity of activities and is an excellent tourist base for exploring the island.
Behind the market, voted several times the most beautiful in France, is the beach of Saint Pierre, with its protected lagoon.
A seafront casino offers games and restaurants with stunning ocean views.
From the town, you're 45 minutes from the Piton de la Fournaise volcano, 1 hour from Cilaos and 30 minutes from Grand Anse beach.
You can also visit a Tamil temple, a mosque, a distillery or simply choose to stroll along the seafront, sipping a drink on the terrace and admiring the sunset.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, the house is close to the exit of the dual carriageway. You can park directly in the shed in front of the garage, which provides parking for one car, and the private plot below provides parking for 2 other vehicles.
