## Space

You will appreciate its exceptional location 1 km from the beaches, the wild coast and the village of Saint-Pierres Quiberon where you will find a bakery, supermarket, fishmonger, shops, bars and restaurants on the seafront.
This house, located 1.5 km from the marina, allows you to visit the islands of Groix and Belle-Ile.
Its south-facing aspect is ideal for enjoying the sunshine all day long in the garden, around the barbecue.
A tastefully decorated little corner of paradise that is sure to charm you.

This 125 m² house can accommodate 8 people (4 bedrooms).

Ground floor:
- Large living room with sofa, coffee table and flat-screen TV.
- Dining area with dining table.
- Open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dishwasher.
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (160 cm) and storage space.
- Shower room with towel dryer.
- Separate toilet with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2 with double bed (160 cm) and storage space.
- Bedroom 3 with double bed (160 cm) and storage space.
- Bedroom 4 with two single beds (90 cm) and storage space.

Une très belle maison, très agréable à vivre. Pauline la gestionnaire est aux petits soins avec nous. Nous avons adoré nos vacances à Quiberon !
