Cocoonr offers you this charming 260 m² house with swimming pool in Saint-Priest-les-Fougères, 150 m from the Valley, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. It has a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 7,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, fireplace (wood provided) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- An air-conditioned veranda with dining area
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190), washbasin
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: sofa bed (sleeps 2) and bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
- Bathroom with bath and whirlpool shower, WC

First floor:
- 50m² games room with pool table and table football
- Bedroom 5: two single beds with en-suite shower room (shower and WC)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 12x3 m swimming pool (private, heated from April to September), open all year round and secured by a fence.
- A beautiful 7,000 m² garden and a 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Priest-les-Fougères, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Activities :
- Go hiking on the signposted trails of the Périgord-Limousin Nature Park around the village, which are open to the public for a peaceful stroll.
- Enjoy a swim at the Espace Hermeline lake in Bussière-Galant, with its sandy beach, children's play area and supervised swimming in summer.
- Discover the village of Jumilhac-le-Grand and its emblematic château, or visit the château at Puyguilhem for a taste of local history.
- Try your hand at horse-riding at a nearby riding school and explore the countryside on horseback.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (spaces for 6 vehicles including 2 under the carport).
