Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool in Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie. It has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 2,500 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor
- A living room with a TV, fireplace (firewood not provided), sofa and armchairs
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob… and a dining area
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: each with 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: with 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- A shower room with a shower and toilet
- A 16 m² terrace

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 5 m x 10 m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from June to the end of September, secured by an alarm
- A beautiful, enclosed and private garden of 2,500 m²
- A 200 m² terrace surrounding the pool
- A second wooden terrace measuring 40 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (up to 4 vehicles).
