Homecalm Agency offers a beautiful Fully air-conditioned apartment for 4 people for a vacation under the sun of the Côte d'Azur. It is located in Boulouris, a small seaside resort of Saint-Raphaël, known for its activities between land and sea. You will be charmed by the relaxing setting of the estate and the numerous activities offered.

The apartment includes:

1 bedroom with a bunk bed (2 beds)
In the living room, a convertible sofa bed with a 160x190 mattress for extra comfort
A shower room with WC
A spacious terrace with a dining table
Exterior and surroundings:

The apartment is located in the Boulouris Panorama estate, a wooded, calm, and seafront domain. You will be ideally situated, with the beaches just a few steps away. The seafront is full of various water activities for all ages, as well as private beaches and numerous beach restaurants offering an idyllic setting.

For nature lovers, our beautiful region offers magnificent spots accessible by foot, bike, or car. You will have access to many hiking trails as well as buggy rides in our beautiful Esterel Massif (a protected reserve that offers breathtaking views).

Parking: The apartment benefits from a private parking space.

You will be 1 hour from Saint-Tropez, 10 minutes from the city center of Saint-Raphaël and Fréjus, 35 minutes from Mandelieu and Cannes, and 45 minutes from Nice airport.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment during their stay, and key collection will be done automatically via a key box.

ADDITIONAL FEES
Linens are provided for stays of 6 nights or more. For stays of less than 6 nights, linens will be optional for an additional fee upon request.
An additional payment request may be made for the tourist tax, depending on the chosen booking platform.

SERVICE
To facilitate your arrival, check-in will be done online via a link we will send you once the reservation is confirmed. You will then have access to a digital welcome booklet available for the duration of your stay. It will contain all the information related to the arrival procedure, the functioning of the accommodation, good addresses, and more.

DEPOSIT
A deposit in the form of an online bank imprint may be requested at the time of booking, depending on the platform through which you choose to book our accommodation.
