It is in the heart of a green setting, at the end of the private road that you will discover this pretty house nestled on 1 hectare of land, at the foot of a forest and surrounded by vineyards and olive trees.
The covered terrace will welcome you and set the tone for your stay: relaxation, serenity and happiness!
You will enter the kitchen, equipped with a wine cellar in addition to the usual equipment (Tassimo coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, oven, induction hob, dishwasher....) and the incredible view from the panoramic window will absorb you totally.
The dining room, modern and pleasant, is open to the living room equipped with a 4k TV and decorated with a fireplace to warm up the atmosphere during your stays in mid-season or winter.
The sleeping area first develops 2 pretty bedrooms, 1 of which is air-conditioned, which share a bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower and toilet.
A 2nd toilet is separate for the comfort and privacy of everyone.
An office will allow you to work in peace.
The 3rd bedroom, air-conditioned and with its bathroom composed of a shower, toilet and sink, gives direct access to the outdoor spaces and the swimming pool.
You will gain height to access the 4th and last bedroom, spacious and bright which will offer you the immense pleasure of falling asleep under the stars with its 2 roof windows complementing the traditional windows, its attic bathroom will allow you to long baths under the celestial vault thanks to the roof window perfectly located above the bathtub!
The laundry room, in continuity with the kitchen, will provide you with all the necessary comfort with washing machine, dryer, American refrigerator, large dishwasher, microwave oven....
The veranda, overlooking the dining room and the terrace, will invite you to beautiful moments of reading, convivial aperitifs or simply to enjoy a tea during winter afternoons with its magnificent southern exposure.
Outside, you will discover many relaxation areas, conducive to meditation or sweet moments of sharing, and offering you breathtaking views of the surrounding villages and landscapes.

the north terrace, shaded and covered by a pergola
the lounge area, less formal, for aperitif dinners or meal trays, sheltered by the arbour.
Finally, the swimming pool, naturally heated by the fiery rays of the Provençal sun, will refresh you on hot summer days when you return from one of our magnificent markets!
Board games are at your disposal to rediscover the pleasure of sharing moments with family or friends, and books for solitary moments.
