A former barn that has been completely and tastefully renovated with high-end amenities, this cottage complex will allow you to enjoy a truly relaxing vacation, whether you’re traveling with friends, family, or as a couple. Here, you’ll stay in the Gîte Joely. You’ll enjoy an interior featuring high-quality materials and warm, inviting decor. Outside, a private terrace awaits you, along with the shared pool and pool house. You can also unwind in the hammam, jacuzzi, or sauna, or treat yourself to massages, beauty treatments, or waxing sessions. Step out of this oasis of well-being and explore the surrounding area: Padirac, Rocamadour, Martel... so many places to discover for a wonderful vacation. Two-level studio cottage, semi-detached on one side: Entryway with storage. Upstairs, living room/dining room/fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.). 1 open-concept bedroom: 1 bed (160x200). Open-concept bathroom with walk-in shower. Private terrace (not overlooked) at the bottom of the cottage (indirect access): patio furniture, umbrella, barbecue/plancha. Shared, unfenced grounds: parking area, shared pool secured by an alarm and a roller shutter (dimensions: 12x5 / depth: 1m50), pool house, pétanque court, relaxation/spa area: sauna, jacuzzi, wellness services (massages, treatments, waxing, etc.)—Services available for a fee (check with the owners). The cottage is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
